Q: What are your prices?
A: Costs vary according to the different production you select and range from £595 - £1295
Q: Where are you based?
A: We are based in Bushey, Hertfordshire, although we operate throughout London and the Home Counties.
Q: Are you members of a professionally recognised organisation
A: Yes, we are Master Members of the Institute of Videography.
Q: Are you fully insured
A: We carry a public liability insurance of £10,000,000
Q: Can you upload our film onto YouTube?
A: Yes we offer an upload service to YouTube for a small optional fee. This enables families and friends who live abroad to view the videos quickly and easily.
Q: How many cameras do you use
A: Normally one will suffice, however for larger functions we may use two or three.
Q: Are you un-obtrusive during filming.
A: Very much so, in fact one of the best compliments we receive is "we didn't even know you were there".
Q: What do you film on the day.
A: This is governed by the production selected as displayed on our website in detail.
Q: How long after the event do we receive the DVD
A: During our busiest season a maximum of 4 weeks. During quieter periods about 2 weeks.
Q: What equipment do you use and what training do your cameramen have
A: Cameras, Microphones, Editing Suites etc are all professional broadcast equipment. All crews are fully trained with many years experience in the filming industry.
Q: What happens if a cameraman falls ill just before our function
A: Because we are a company we are able to guarantee you a cameraman for your event.
Q: Can we have a say in the editing
A: Yes, we have a meeting 4 weeks prior to your function to discuss your requirements.
